Welcome to "Journey Within” a book club dedicated to the exploration of literature that delves into the profound realms of personal growth, soul discovery, and purposeful living. In this enriching journey, you will embark on a transformative experience through the pages of carefully selected books (i.e.'The Untethered Soul') that inspire, challenge, and guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. In addition to open and interactive conversations, Lynne will also lead meditation exercises. Together, let's embark on a literary adventure that not only expands our minds but also nourishes our spirits and propels us toward a more authentic and intentional way of living.

Lynne McDonald believes her soul life purpose is to help people find the quiet within themselves which leads to living a life with greater awareness of self and the world around us.
