Return & Cancellation Policy
At Illume Books & Gallery and Illume Games, all returns and order cancellations are handled at our discretion. Because many of our items are limited edition, specialty, or made-to-order, we reserve the right to decline a return or cancellation request.

Order Cancellations
If you request to cancel an order before it ships, we may do so at our discretion. Please note that payment processors do not refund processing fees, so all customer-initiated cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee equal to the exact fee charged on the original order (typically 2.9% + $0.30). This amount is deducted from the refund.

Returns
Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. A restocking fee may apply to specialty items such as Mahjong sets, board games, and collectibles. Restocking fees, when applicable, are based on the cost of inspection, repackaging, and payment processing fees.

Final Sale Items
Some items—including Mahjong sets, games, art, seasonal items, and discounted merchandise—are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages or Issues
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you.
