Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Memberships are billed quarterly and renew automatically unless you choose to cancel.

If you wish to cancel, please email illumebooksnbpt@gmail.com, or stop by the store at least 14 days prior to your next renewal date. 

Because seats are limited and materials are prepared in advance, we are not able to offer refunds.
