This studio is about travel, getting lost, creative wandering, and the strange experience of becoming someone slightly different when you are not at home. We will talk about travel, identity, risk, independence, and what it means to build a life that includes exploration.
This Studio is a good fit for people who feel the pull to travel, explore, and occasionally reinvent themselves.

Ann Mary works in partnerships for a healthcare technology company and has lived in many different places, most recently New York City. She is hosting the Get Lost & Found Studio because she has always been drawn to books about travel, identity, and what it means to find your place in the world.
Studio Details
- Session Length: 90 minutes
- Meets: Saturdays | 3:00-4:30pm | May 16th, June 20th, July 18th
- Location: Illume Books
- Group Size: Max 10 members
- Price: $175 per quarter
- Studios build progressively over time, and membership continues each quarter unless you choose to opt out.
Each Studio Includes:
- Studio Primary Reads
- A curated Companion Reading List
- An Illume Studio Journal & Pen
- A private Digital Clubroom for your Studio
- One 90-minute Studio Session per month
- Limited to 10 members
Your Primary Reads will be ready for pickup at Illume before the first meeting.

We provide shipping using USPS to the United States only.
If you prefer to pickup your order in-person, please select "Pick Up" during checkout.
What is the return policy?
merchandise returns for store credit within 14 days. No returns on Illume Essence, art & unwrapped games. All returns at discretion of the bookseller.
Are all of your products available online?
While we do our best to offer as much of our inventory online as possible, the best way to see everything is to stop by! ✨
We have small rotations of home decor, our reading inspiration gallery (shop made and oh so shiny), chess sets, and more.
Curation and "Why Don't You Carry..."
Illume is an experience for readers that's meant to showcase a careful selection of titles much in the same way an art gallery would display an exhibition.
Titles are always shown "cover forward", and our inventory rotates to reflect current reader interests, shifting topics, and obscure finds. That said, we LOVE recommendations! Let us know what you're looking for, or what your favorite reads are. You may find them on the shelves soon!
